WITHDRAWALS:

Simply follow the Cashier link at the top of the page. This will then lead you to the Cashier page where you will be able to choose the Withdrawal option. Just follow the instructions and make sure that the information is accurate.

Select the amount you want to withdraw and fill in the information requested on screen. Please note that all payments made to a customer via Debit or Credit card must be to the same card initially used for account deposits.

When you deposit using a bank draft or cheque, winnings can only be paid out by cheque.

In general, all fund withdrawals will be processed and sent to you within 4 days.

The withdrawal is confirmed on-screen and by e-mail.

REFUNDS

1. If bets are over staked, then the amount they are over staked by will be refunded.

2. If bets are under staked, they will be settled pro rata.

3. If you have used a credit/debit card to deposit funds to your account you may required to withdraw back to your credit/debit card the amount deposited before withdrawing subsequent funds by another method.
